Basic SLA Data Retention Policy:
Storage Solutions Group offers 28 days of consecutive backups
. Additionally, the previous month's full/synthetic full backup will be available to the customer between 29 to 63 days out from the current date depending on the machine's scheduled full/synthetic full backup and the current restore-of-data request.
Basic Retention Rule For All Backups:
Retain all backups for 32 incrementals/differentials and 1 full backup (one full + incrementals/differentials constitutes one cycle)
Extended Retention Rules For Full Backups:
Retain all Fulls (including synthetics) for up to 64 days.
